Born in Buckhorn Mississippi, passed away in Seattle at age 69. Survived by her sons, Michael E., Tim A. and Brian K. Smith; mother, O.V. Westmoreland; brothers, Roy E., Claudel, Edward L. and Frankie L. Westmoreland; 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by father, Frank E. Westmoreland, sister, Betty Jean Castle and a son, Mark W. Smith.
