Lucille moved to Seattle in 1948 and worked for many years at Children’s Home Society of Washington as Supervisor of Adoption. She volunteered for many organizations including Seattle Art Museum, Literacy Council, League of Women Voters, and FIUTS. She is survived by her daughter Helen Earl and husband Frank Kowalsky, grandson Christopher Earl and wife Christine Ferris, great-grandchildren Owen and Lucy Earl, sister Alice Vauchelet, brother Ralph Till, and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday July 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 732 18th Ave E, Seattle, WA.
