Bill Jungers passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 2:30pm from a stroke. Raised in Alderwood Manor, WA, Bill lived in Snohomish County, with his best friend/soulmate/wife of 50+ years, Sharon Jungers. Like the majority of his family, he had “sawdust in the blood.” From an early age, he was involved in all aspects of the wood-working industry, and retired from Enterprise Machinery, a business he owned and operated for 30 years. He was a Mariner fan, enjoyed building projects for others, playing golf and pool, reading, storytelling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Bill was predeceased by his parents Jim and Selma Jungers. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; his children, Pam and Curt Taubenheim, and Bob and Christina Jungers; his grandchildren Amanda, Jacob, Ashley and Matt; his siblings, Mike and Nettie Jungers, Sally and David Niver, Bob and Dawn Jungers; and sister-in-law, Shirley Border. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Valued Friends.
We will miss Bill very much. A celebration of his life is planned on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 2:00pm with a reception from 3:00 to 5:00pm at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home in Seattle.
