At the rising of the sun
and its going down,
We remember you.
At the blowing of the wind
and in the chill of winter.

In the opening of the buds
and in the rebirth of the spring,
We remember you.
At the blueness of the skies
and in the warmth of summer,
We remember you.
At the rustling of the leaves
and the beauty of autumn,
We remember you.
As long as we live, you, too will live;
for you are forever a part of us,

Journeys

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be.
A resting place along the road
To sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We were all meant to learn some things,
But never meant to stay...
Our destination is a place
Far greater than we know.
For some, the journey is quicker,
For some, the journey is slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
Together with the Lord.
